RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Eleven on Ten, we want you to love what you wear. To ensure a smooth shopping

experience, please go through our exchange policy carefully:

Exchange Window: Items are eligible for exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds: We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all

tags and packaging intact. Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Price Difference: If the exchanged item is of a lower value, the difference will not

be refunded.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated

with sending the item back for exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders placed within India are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days of confirmation. Please note, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen external or internal factors.

For pre-ordered items, the shipping timeline is 10–12 working days.

What are the shipping charges?

For prepaid orders, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on the entire order.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1200

On cash on delivery, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on the entire

order.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, please reach out to us, and we’ll arrange a reshipment.

If you’ve received a “Delivered” notification but have not actually received your package, kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving the update so we can assist you promptly.
